Circus Fun in Year 1 and 2
Recently, year 1 and 2 children had a fantastic day with the National Centre for Circus Arts learning circus skills. They spun plates and balanced flower sticks. They played with hoops and created movement with silk scarves. They had been reading Leon and the Place Between and these workshops helped the children to understand how the characters in the book were feeling.
