Year 5 and 6 wrote their last pieces of work for their writing portfolios, inspired by their class book Kensuke’s Kingdom. Imagining they, just like the protagonist Michael, had learnt to survive on a desert island, they wrote a series of very useful tips on how to stay alive and get rescued, putting it together in a ‘Survival Manual’. They’re brilliant. Well done!
