Access to Sports Summer Holiday Programme – activities, leadership, trips and more
The Access to Sports project are offering a range of FREE summer sports activities for young people aged 5 – 19 across Islington.

Activities include; multi-sport camps, tennis, basketball and many more including trips, visits, events and competitions

BETTER Leisure Summer Holiday Camps
Throughout August, for children in year 1 – 6, Better will be running fun filled weeks of activities including Football, Basketball, Swimming, arts & crafts and much more.
The club will be split across two sites in South Islington, Iron Monger Row Baths and Finsbury Leisure Centre.

Islington Free Swimming Lessons for the summer Holidays
Throughout the school holidays Islington Council and Better are offering free swimming lessons to Islington residents and children who go to school in the borough.
Each lesson is 30 minutes long and take place on 5 consecutive days (Monday-Friday).
Sessions are run by fully qualified teachers who help your child learn to swim and improve their swim safety awareness.

Gymnastics Summer Holiday Camps
Keep the kids active this summer holiday with a gymnastics holiday course at Sobell Leisure Centre.
The fun packed programme is designed to develop your child’s co-ordination and confidence.
Sessions are available for children aged 3-16.

Football Camps by Islington Football Development Partnership
Throughout the Summer Holidays, Islington Football development are providing Football Camps for children aged 5 – 14 (school years 1 – 9).
10am – 3pm each day at Whittington Park football pitch (N19 4RS).
£30 for the week, no day rates available
