Pakeman children enjoyed a scavenger hunt around the school for Black History Month. A group of Year 6 pupils (Yunus, Skyla-Rose, Abdirahman, Ijeoma, Nawal, Joan and Amira) researched black historical/contemporary figures and created posters about them. Classes were invited to explore the school to find the posters and to collect various facts about these inspiring individuals. A particular thank you to Yunus for coming up with this wonderful pupil-led project.
