Our Pakeman gardeners have been very busy once again. They have been working in the front garden harvesting lettuce for the school canteen. Next term, they will have a harvest of beans, tomatoes and pumpkins to look forward to. Also, their garlic is dried and ready for autumn term cooking clubs.
Nursery children have also been hard at work. Thanks to ‘grow your own potatoes’, they had a bumper crop of potatoes to deal with this year, According to Marcia, Albie is leading the way as a skilled harvester!
