This term our Reception children took a look at some art work by Wassily Kandinsky. Kandinsky was a Russian painter who began life as a lawyer. He is perhaps most famous for his circle painting titled “Squares with Concentric Circles”.
The Reception children used his idea of circles to create colourful rings into round leaves. They used paper instead of paint. The result is these beautiful autumnal trees.
